Paragon Fund- Change of Scheme Auditor and Compliance Plan Auditor

There has been a change in the Scheme Auditor and Compliance Plan Auditor for the Paragon Fund ARSN 161 565 920 (Scheme).

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has provided its resignation effective 18 August 2026, allowing Melbourne Securities Corporation Limited ACN 160 326 545 (Trustee or Responsible Entity) to appoint a replacement audit partner to provide further efficiencies in the audit process.

The changes to the Scheme Auditor and Compliance Plan Auditor are as follows:

Resigning Auditor: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (ABN 74 490 121 060)

Replacement Auditor: Moore Australia Audit (Vic) (ABN 16 847 721 257)

Effective Date: 18 August 2026

Compliance Plan Auditor

Resigning Auditor: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (ABN 74 490 121 060)

Replacement Auditor: Moore Australia Audit (Vic) (ABN 16 847 721 257)

Effective Date: 18 August 2026

This change is subject to ASIC accepting an application to appoint the Replacement Auditor and updating its registers.
